Returns and Store Credit

Domestic (U.S.A.) Returns
Our hope is that you absolutely love your Bella Couture® Fine Jewelry designs and enjoy wearing them for many years to come, however, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about the style you selected after making a purchase. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition and security tags still attached within 3 days of delivery of an order for a refund. Items returned after 3 days but before 5 days will receive refund in the form of store credit. Items must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be in the original condition and packaging.
Beginning on Jan 1, 2025, a return processing fee of $49.99 will be deducted from all domestic refunds regardless of reason for return. This fee helps cover the costs associated with handling and processing returns. The return processing fee will be waived if returning for store credit.
Sale, discounted and engraved items are final sale and non-returnable.
Our company uses HD (High Definition) video and tests every piece and fully inspects each design prior to shipment to ensure only the finest quality is received and if we believe the item was intentionally damaged, altered or misused by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, return or refund of any kind.
International Returns
All international sales are final and non-returnable. International buyers assume all respisibility for providing a safe delivery address where an adult signature will be required upon delivery. If you have any questions please contact us.
Return Policy Domestic (U.S.A.) Orders
Due to fragility, rarity and irreplaceability, Antique, Vintage and personalized (engraved) items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving our Special Order Design Dept. instructions for customizing. Please allow 7-10 days for processing a return once Bella Couture® has received your returned item.
If you need assistance with a return, please contact our customer service department and request an RMA number before making a return.
Return Policy Domestic (U.S.A.) Gift Orders
A gift can be returned within 5 days and will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Store credit is good indefinitely.

Shipping Rates
Enjoy FREE Shipping on every order no matter how many items you order. We offer Fed-Ex, UPS and United States Postal Service shipping options you can select from depending on how fast you need your order. View your additional shipping quote which are displayed during the end of the checkout process. If all items in your cart are eligible for free shipping, you will have the option to choose from free economy shipping or expedited shipping services for an additional fee. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance.

We offer a White Glove service on every order for free. At Bella Couture® all your gift giving need are taken care of. Merchandise purchased at our store is beautifully Gift Boxed and Gift Packaged and will arrive ready to give. The checkout process will inform you of the Gift Message options available for any items you are purchasing.

Does Bella Couture® ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. When placing an order with an international shipping address, you will be provided with a shipping pricing during the final steps of checkout. Most International orders have a flat shipping rate of $49.99 - $59.99 (Signature and ID Required Upon Delivery). International shipments are not eligible for returns, refunds or free shipping. Please note that duties/taxes for the destination country may be collected by the shipping carrier. If you wish to have duties/taxes collected by Bella Couture®, please contact our Customer Service department after completing your order.
