Return Policy

We make every effort to please you with every order. If an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges. We accept returns for store credit. Returned items must be unused, unaltered and in brand new condition. If you need assistance with a return, please contact our customer service department and request an RMA number before making a return. A gift can be returned within 10 days for a store credit that is good indefinitely. Due to fragility, rarity and irreplaceability, Antique, Vintage and personalized (engraved) items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving our Special Order Design Dept. instructions for customizing. Please allow 7-10 days for processing a return once Bella Couture® has received your returned item.

Shipping Rates

Enjoy FREE Shipping on every order no matter how many items you order. We offer Fed-Ex, UPS and United States Postal Service shipping options you can select from depending on how fast you need your order. View your additional shipping quote which are displayed during the end of the checkout process. If all items in your cart are eligible for free shipping, you will have the option to choose from free economy shipping or expedited shipping services for an additional fee. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance.

We offer a White Glove service on every order for free. At Bella Couture® all your gift giving need are taken care of. Merchandise purchased at our store is beautifully Gift Boxed and Gift Packaged and will arrive ready to give. The checkout process will inform you of the Gift Message options available for any items you are purchasing.

We collect sales tax when applicable.

Does Bella Couture® ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. When placing an order with an international shipping address, you will be provided with a shipping pricing during the final steps of checkout. Most International orders have a flat shipping rate of $49.99 - $59.99 (Signature and ID Required Upon Delivery). International shipments are not eligible for returns, refunds or free shipping. Please note that duties/taxes for the destination country may be collected by the shipping carrier. If you wish to have duties/taxes collected by Bella Couture®, please contact our Customer Service department after completing your order.
