BELLA COUTURE® U.S.A. SHIPPING POLICY
Due to the extreme popularity of our in-demand BELLA COUTURE® designer jewelry we received hundreds of special order requests weekly at our BellaCouture.com online store worldwide. We may need to apply a 7-10 day handling time for some items that show as in-stock during the busy holiday seasons. With this in mind you may select the appropriate shipping and delivery time for your needs during checkout.
BELLA COUTURE® INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
BELLA COUTURE® does ship internationally. When placing an order with an international shipping address, you will be provided with a shipping pricing during the final steps of checkout. Most International orders have a flat shipping rate of $29.99 - $59.99 - The recipient's Signature and Legal ID will be Required Upon Delivery to ensure a safe arrival. International shipments are not eligible for returns, refunds or free shipping. Please note that duties/taxes for the destination country may be collected by the shipping carrier. If you wish to have duties/taxes collected by Bella Couture®, please contact our Customer Service department after completing your order and before your order ships.
All international sales are final and non-returnable. International buyers assume all respisibility for providing a safe delivery address where an adult signature will be required upon delivery. If you have any questions please contact us.

In order to keep our pricing competitive and low at this time, we do not have time to process buy-to-try returns, therefore, all SPECIAL ORDER sales on BellaCouture.com are final. Please ensure you know your or your recipient's correct measurements and the scale of the BELLA COUTURE® Fine Jewelry and rare Limited Edition products you want to purchase prior to purchasing.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for designer BELLA COUTURE® Fine Jewelry pieces purchased directly from bellacouture.com.

Domestic (U.S.A.) Returns
Our hope is that you absolutely love your Bella Couture® Fine Jewelry designs and enjoy wearing them for many years to come, however, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about the style you selected after making a purchase. We are happy to accept returns for a free exchanges on all eligible unworn items in their original condition and security tags still attached within 24 hours of delivery of an order for a refund store credit. Items must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be in the original condition and packaging. f
Beginning on Jan 1, 2026,a return processing fee of $39.99 will be deducted from all domestic refunds regardless of reason for return. This fee helps cover the costs associated with handling and processing orders. A return processing fee may be applied or waived at our sole discretion. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO STORE CREDITS ON: ANTIQUE JEWELRY, VINTAGE JEWELRY, ANTIQUES, ENGRAVED ORDERS, DISCOUNTED ORDERS, SPECIAL ORDERS & ON SALE ORDERS. Sale, discounted, charms, pendants, rings and engraved items are final sale and non-returnable for any reason. Make your selection and ask questions prior to payment. By making a purchase at our store you agree to these terms of sale.

Return Policy Domestic (U.S.A.) Orders
Due to fragility, rarity and irreplaceability, Antique, Vintage and personalized (engraved) items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving our Special Order Design Dept. instructions for customizing. Please allow 7-10 days for processing a return once Bella Couture® has received your returned item.
If you need assistance with a return, please contact our customer service department and request an RMA number before making a return.

Store credit is good indefinitely and will never expire.
USA Shipping Rates
Enjoy FREE Shipping on every order no matter how many items you order. We offer Fed-Ex, UPS and United States Postal Service shipping options you can select from depending on how fast you need your order. View your additional shipping quote which are displayed during the end of the checkout process. If all items in your cart are eligible for free shipping, you will have the option to choose from free economy shipping or expedited shipping services for an additional fee. Please note that if you require delivery on a Saturday, you must contact our customer service department for assistance.
