Welcome to Bella Couture® Boutique’s Returns page. We’ll cover our policy, as well as our most-asked questions related to returns and exchanges. Please review our top questions answered below.

At Bella Couture®, we offer complimentary 10 day returns, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 10 days of its original delivery day for a free exchange or a store credit full refund.
What is your Return Policy?
At Bella Couture® Boutique, our only goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with every purchase you make. All orders are specially hand crafted by Master Bella Couture® GIA Certified Gemologist, Award Winning Sculptors and Artisans in Beverly Hills, CA. We guarantee each order will arrive to you exceeding your expectations. At Bella Couture® we only utilized the finest sparkling diamonds, the rarest in AAA+ quality gemstones and pearls within each of our unique and exclusive designer pieces.
Even when the item received is exquisite we understand that sometimes it may be your wish to make a return or an exchange. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s) purchased. Exchanges for the same style or a different size will always be free! For any other return, there is a flat $9.99 fee that is simply deducted from the store credit.

- Return shipping labels will be generated for you upon request through our online RMA Returns Portal found within your online account.
- If an even exchange is needed for a different size, there is no charge for returning item(s).
- All returns/exchanges must be shipped and post marked within 14 days of order delivery.
- Items must be in new unworn, undamaged, unaltered with tags still attached condition.
- If an item appears worn, stained by makeup, or smells of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Bella Couture® Beauty Products, Personalized (Engraved), Antique & Vintage Jewelry, Antiques, Hair Accessories, Sale or Discounted, Engagement Rings, Men's Jewelry, Watches. Items that are discounted or marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- If there is any damage to the original gift package, your return will not be accepted.
- Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
- Store credit does not expire after it being issued.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- We have never sold any defective items in over 21+ years of having our online store.
- Bella Couture® only sells the absolute finest in quality merchandise as you will see once received.
- We utilize a 10 point inspection check by three Bella Couture® GIA Diamond and Colored Gemstone Certified quality control agents and a close up HD video tape is taken of every item in great detail right before it is packaged for shipment.
- However, if you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 24 Hours to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by customer tampering with or improper care, handling or incorrect sizing requests by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a return if after examination of our quality control video we clearly determine the alleged damage/defect was actually caused from product tampering by the buyer.
- The exact colors of merchandise is accurate but personal computer or phone settings may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, and cell phone or computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects.
Ship Your Return
- Start your return process by clicking the Request an RMA Number Return Portal Link within your account here.
- The cost of return shipping, $9.99 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Bella Couture® E-Gift Card) if you use the return label provided by Bella Couture®.
- You must make multiple returns for multiple orders do not place all orders into one package to return. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned for faster processing.
- All returns must be encased in a shipping box (not a padded envelope) to full protect the items. If you send the item incorrectly and the return is damaged, we will not accept a return.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to a Bella Couture® E-Gift Card sent to your order's email address.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
International Return Policy
- Bella Couture® does not accepts returns for international sales.
How long does it take to process the return?
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Bella Couture® E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file.
Is there a return fee?
- If you use our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $9.99 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Bella Couture® E-Gift Card). You may also choose to mail the item back using your own insured, trackable method.
How do I request a return label?

Do you offer price adjustments?
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Bella Couture® E-Gift Card only.
Do Bella Couture® E Gift Cards ever expire?
- Bella Couture® E-Gift Cards do not expire and can be use towards the purchase of any future purchase(s) on BellaCouture.com forever.
Can I make a return in person at your store?
- We care about the safety of our customers and staff. Due to the ongoing pandemic our Bella Couture® store is no longer open to the public. All merchandise is now currently available for sale on our online boutique BellaCouture.com.
- Shop from the comfort of your own home or office and have our exquisite award winning fine jewelry shipped directly to you or the lucky recipient in just a few days.
I want to buy something that I do not see on your website. Can I make a request for it to be added to BellaCouture.com?
