How It Works:
- Initiate: Visit our Online Return Portal to generate your fully insured, complimentary shipping label.
- Pack: Secure your jewelry in its original luxury box. Ensure the tamper-evident tag is still fully intact and unremoved.
- Ship: Drop the boxed package (not envelope) at any authorized shipping location.
- Refund: Once inspected, your refund will post to your original payment method within 3 business days when your return is received within seven days of the original delivery date or store credit when received after seven days but within fourteen days of the original delivery date.
Please Note: Custom engravings, bespoke orders, one of a kind, antique jewelry, and altered sizes, rings are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned.
