Due to the amount of artistry and highest standards provided designs may take up 1-2 weeks to ship depending on the style(s) ordered and shipping method selected.

  • Once your order is placed you have 1 hour to cancel or modify your order before we begin processing your order(s).

We HD video every piece in great high definition detail and fully inspect each design prior to shipment to ensure only the finest quality is received and if we believe the item was intentionally damaged, altered or misused by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse any exchange, return or refund of any kind.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
 
For international shipping, customers are responsible for all tax/duties that are required when delivered through customs.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information via email. We will also make your order's tracking information visible on your BellaCouture.com My Account page.
 
  • An ID and adult signature is required upon delivery of every order.
  • Each order is fully insured
  • To date we have never had any lost packages.
  • Curriers have always been reliable for our deliveries for 21+ years.
Each purchase is fully insured, therefore, Bella Couture® is not responsible or liable for an item if damaged or lost in transit by the currier. The currier is completely responsible for any delivery delays or claim regarding an issue during an order's delivery process.

Unsure of what size ring you need?
 
All ring sizes come in USA sizing. Please be sure of your ring size when placing an order as full eternity style rings with diamond, gemstones or pearls surrounding the entire design cannot be resized as that would impact the integrity and look of the design.
 
Utilize our handy ring sizing tool which can easily tell you your correct comfortable ring size for any finger.

Necklaces 
  
Please read the length of each necklace in the description to ensure it will fit the size you need. 
 
Unsure of what size necklace you need? We can help. In case you do want added lengthening options you can purchase one of our Bella Couture® easy to use necklace extenders to ensure a perfect fit. 
 
Many necklaces can be made longer by use of an additional length extension.

JEWELRY CARE

Each piece is handmade with lots of love and caring for your elegant new fine jewelry is easy with our Klean Karats Fine Jewelry Cleaning System. Due to the nature of fine jewelry and gemstones, each piece should be handled with care. We highly suggest taking off your jewelry before any rough handywork, ensuring and preserving the quality of each piece.
 
Please note ALL opal pieces should be taken off when in water, to preserve their quality, as these highly desired gems are a naturally soft gemstone stone and may absorb or be adversely effected by hand lotions or body oils or perfumed chemicals.

RETURNS

We make sure every item received is perfect. As your happiness is our number 1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a Bella Couture® purchase for any reason returns are accepted for a full refund within 30 days. 

BellaCouture.com is a family owned company which is a Specialty Fine Jewelry Boutique. All Designer Fine Jewelry orders are custom hand-made after payment by BellaCouture.com of Beverly Hills, CA. At our unique online Fine Jewelry boutique we put a lot of time and effort into creating each designer piece by our Master Artisans specially for you. We're honest retailers with nearly 3,400+ Thousand Worldwide Facebook followers because we are know for being a trustworthy company. Your patience is appreciated while BellaCouture.com processes your order(s). Our signature gold labeled gift box is included with every purchase.

We accept returns shipped via mail. Returns are accepted for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be presented in the same exact brand new condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unscented, unaltered, with original tags fully attached and still neatly packaged in original undamaged packaging, and with a copy of proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

For free return shipping, initiate your return within 7 days of delivery and a Free return shipping label will be emailed to you. In order to complete the return, you must have proof of purchase. For returns mailed after 7 days, a $39.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

How To Ship A Return

When packing up your return, remove any old addresses or barcodes from the packaging, and only include items from the same order. If returning via a QR code, bring your return to a FedEx or participating partner location, not a drop box. If you printed your return shipping label, you can drop off your return at any FedEx or participating partner location or FedEx drop box.

Price Adjustments

If an item goes on sale, we are happy to offer our customers a courtesy price adjustments within 7 days of the purchase date for items purchased at full-price.

Final Sale

Final Sale, monogrammed or personalized, gift certificates, engagement rings and sets and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. All are final sale.
