Orders are shipped to the address a customer says is safe address to deliver to. Each shipment is fully insured. In 25+ years our store has never had a package damaged or lost in transit. However, even though we would assist in the process of a "damaged" or "loss" in transit claim, Bella Couture® a customere cannot deam Bella Couture® liable should a customer make a "postal damage" or "lost in transit" claim. In this instance a customer must file a claim with their local postal currier if necessary and must contact us within 24 hrs of delivery should the require additional assistance.
