We make sure every item received is perfect. As your happiness is our number 1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a Bella Couture® purchase for any reason returns are accepted for a full refund within 30 days.

At our unique online Fine Jewelry boutique we put a lot of time and effort into creating each designer piece by our Master Artisans specially for you. We're honest retailers with nearly 3,400+ Thousand Worldwide Facebook followers because we are know for being a trustworthy company. Your patience is appreciated while BellaCouture.com processes your order(s). Our signature gold labeled gift box is included with every purchase.
We accept returns shipped via mail. Returns are accepted for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be presented in the same exact brand new condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unscented, unaltered, with original tags fully attached and still neatly packaged in original undamaged packaging, and with a copy of proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
For free return shipping, initiate your return within 7 days of delivery and a Free return shipping label will be emailed to you. In order to complete the return, you must have proof of purchase. For returns mailed after 7 days, a $39.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
How To Ship A Return
When packing up your return, remove any old addresses or barcodes from the packaging, and only include items from the same order. If returning via a QR code, bring your return to a FedEx or participating partner location, not a drop box. If you printed your return shipping label, you can drop off your return at any FedEx or participating partner location or FedEx drop box.
Price Adjustments
If an item goes on sale, we are happy to offer our customers a courtesy price adjustments within 7 days of the purchase date for items purchased at full-price.
Final Sale
Final Sale, monogrammed or personalized, gift certificates, engagement rings and sets and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. All are final sale.
