BellaCouture.com purchases of items on third-party marketplaces we regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

*If you paid with Klarna or Afterpay and your return is shipped back to us within 7 days of it's initial delivery date, you will receive a full refund to your Klarna or Afterpay account and the amount and length of your Klarna or Afterpay payment plan will be adjusted accordingly.
** If you paid with Klarna or Afterpay and you ship your return 8-30 days of purchase, the purchase price will be refunded less a $39.99 return shipping fee.
Refunds in the form of online credit can be used at BellaCouture.com. This credit will NOT be applied to your Klarna or Afterpay account and you MUST continue to make payments to Klarna or Afterpay per their original agreement.
