Rare Authentic Victorian Era Earrings!

Offered for sale is a truly gorgeous pair of Antique Victorian (slightly after the Georgian era) earrings. Circa 1838. Gloriously crafted. Beautifully styled in 18k 18CT yellow gold. Full round white sea pearls are surrounded by elegant and fine quality workmanship. Amazing tiny little filigree-like diamond-shaped Fleur De Les adorn the open sides, top, bottom. These lovely earrings fasten in the front of the ear (See the sixth photo) . Also featuring open backs to allow the light to illuminate the filigree. A classic pair of Victorian heirloom earrings in excellent original condition. Would sell in any reputable Antique store for approx. $600+. The perfect addition to your collection of fine jewelry. Condition: RARE, PERFECT & absolutely PRISTINE!

Victorian Pearls: Quite Luminous - Such clear mirrored nacre they almost look like moonstone because you can see into them in certain lighting. Gorgeous! They are not paste, they are genuine antique pearls original to the piece. Approx - 2.8MM by 2.8MM each. In exquisite condition free of cracks or chips. Excellent!

Pearls: Luminous Salt Water Platinum-White Hue Pearls which are both Rounds AAA+ Quality. Dangle, drop, dripping from the ear.

Metals: Tested as 18K, 18ct, 18 carats and hallmarked.

Metal Color: Sultry Yellow gold that looks brilliant and vibrant in any lighting. Bright gold is exquisitely hand-crafted as you can see. The finest!

Hallmarks: Solid 18k. The earrings are hallmarked with a French mark that is an eagle’s head, in use since 1838, indicating 18 karat gold. Assayed French gold is never lower than 18k. Also has a few other hallmarked which we can not make out and are too small to photograph clearly.

Size & Measurements: 15MM Tall x 6MM Wide
