A gorgeous and exquisite, example of a rare, enchanting early Georgian / Victorian or earlier Pendant in the form of an elegantly shaped puffy heart. Sure to become a fabulous addition to your charm bracelet or necklace.

The sculptural and curvilinear chain bail enhancer features (1) diamond-paste.

The gems are set close together and feature a smooth cobblestone pattern close to the surface. Gives the appearance that the surface of this fine jewelry is "paved" with antique rose cut sparkling diamonds, hence Pavé. Simply Beautiful...

This fine piece has a nice width jump ring to accommodate a chain if you prefer to add it to a necklace.
