A New Arrival just in from Paris!

This delightful elegant ornate treasure is in exceptional condition, with no damage nor a single blemish to the sparkling diamond-shaped faceted glass body. A rare find indeed! Most likely part of an antique chatelaine set or an antique walnut Etui for sewing beads or needles, or maybe it was used to hold salts, or scents, like perfumes. However, it is extremely clean and has no perfume odor today. The original tiny cork stopper is also well preserved with no prior substance damage or content staining. Completely hand-crafted you can tell much time and skill went into the creation of this tiny treasure. May have once had a finger ring attached to it or a chain, as there are little nubs on either side of the sterling mounting. The hinge works properly and closes properly.

Measurements: 1 ½” T x 7 / 18ths of an inch wide (cap is less than 1/2 and inch wide) (3.5cm x 1cm)... Simply adorable!
