Should you require special arrangements for the delivery of your items, we are pleased to accommodate your request. After your item is packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers and methods.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders are processed and shipped same day when in-stock. Purchases processed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
SHIPMENT & ORDER TRACKINGOnce your item is shipped you will be sent tracking information via email. We will also make your order's tracking information visible our BellaCouture.com account. As a signature is required upon delivery of every order. Each order is fully insured. Bella Couture® is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit by the currier you selected during checkout. The currier you select will be fully responsible for your order's delivery. To date we have never had any lost packages. As curriers have always been reliable for our deliveries.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
To help you plan when to expect an order, it normally takes between 1-5 business days to process all in-stock orders. An order which utilizes Standard Fed Ex, UPS or USPS shipping services normally will arrive within 7-10 business days of payment. Orders which utilize Express mail services normally arrive within approximately 4-5 business days of payment.These arrival date are calculated based on the approximate number of days required to fully process, package, and deliver your order.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATIVE OR GIFT RECIPIENT ADDRESS?
If you will not be home to sign for your order, Bella Couture® can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $250 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has that alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order and to prevent delays in the processing of your order, please make sure to call your issuing bank's or credit card service and provide them with your 'confirmed' alternate shipping address. If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERY
We require a signature for every delivery regardless of the total amount purchased or if any waivers you have with FedEx®, USPS, or UPS. If your delivery is shipped FedEx or USPS Priority Mail®, we may require a signature upon delivery. These requirements are for your protection.
