For items purchased from us directly (online, in-showroom or during pop-ups), we offer an exchange for store credit within 10 days of the original tracked delivery. The following products are final sale, and are not eligible for exchange or return: engagement rings, eternity bands, our Men's Collection, Sale, Gift Certificates, Discounted, engraved or custom/bespoke, Final Sale, One Of A Kind, Haute Couture, Special Orders.
